Shibaji brings with him over 15 years of rich experience spanning across different roles and organizations: both private and social enterprises. As a Principal at Medium, Shibaji has anchored a large Performance Transformation engagement for a leading hospital group in Kolkata. He also led the study of best practices in some critical areas for Center for Innovation in Public Systems. He has conducted a nationwide study on ‘Factors influencing Patient Experience’.
Shibaji has worked earlier as the Head of Healthcare initiatives at KGVK, a social enterprise promoted by Usha Martin group, a $1 billion company. He has also worked with reputed organizations like Apollo Hospitals and Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata in functions ranging from marketing, business development, franchising and operations.
Shibaji is an MHA from IISW& BM, Kolkata, and has completed his Executive Program in Business Management from IIM, Kolkata. He has attended management development program in Leadership and Change Management at IIM Ahmedabad and a program on organization effectiveness at ICOMP, Malaysia. He has been featured in the tenth Indian edition of ‘Management’ by Stephen Robbins.
