At Medium, Harini plays an integral role in Research, Analysis and Recommending and Implementing actionable solutions for clients ranging from Healthcare products to service delivery.

Before joining Medium, Harini has had various experiences in major hospitals including Tata Memorial Hospital, Lilavati Hospital and Research Center, and Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences where she worked on projects pertaining to Operations, Costing, and Quality Functions. She has also worked with EY for a Market Research Project and TCS for a HR based project.

Harini has completed her Bachelor in Psychology (Hons) from Christ University after which she has completed her Masters in Hospital Administration from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
