Assessment of individual assets involved a comprehensive mechanism consisting of >150 KOL interviews, benchmarking with peers, price and brand positioning and the achievability of projections basis the growth drivers

Results Delivered: 

• The engagement spanned over 12 weeks through a hybrid onsite and offsite model, wherein we conducted 60+ stakeholder and KOL interviews
• We performed a thorough assessment of master data management, analytics and interoperability between systems with the vision for the next 5 years.
