Dr Rohan brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare, spanning strategy, operations, go-to-market, and technology across the provider, payer, life sciences, and public health segments.
He has extensive consulting experience in growth strategy, market entry, performance improvement, organization redesign, and digital transformation, built through his work at BCG Atlanta and his earlier stint at Medium Healthcare Consulting.
Rohan also brings strong product leadership expertise. At Innovaccer, he helped scale the Value-Based Care business from $20M to $120M ARR in five years. He played a pivotal role in this growth by leading new product development (including referral management, risk and quality solutions, and a provider app) and driving multiple sales and customer conversations.
Complementing his consulting and product experience is his clinical foundation. He practiced as a physician for a couple of years and also worked closely with Dr. Ramakanta Panda at Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai in an administrative capacity.
This rare combination of clinical insight, business strategy, and technology depth enables him to drive impact across a wide spectrum of engagements — from focused assignments such as due diligence and clinical workflow redesign to comprehensive, end-to-end performance transformation programs.
Rohan holds an MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and an MBA in Healthcare and Consulting from Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
